Cancellation & Refund Policy – Cesar Limo Services

At Cesar Limo Services we are committed to providing professional, punctual, and reliable transportation. To maintain the highest standard of service, the following cancellation and refund policies apply:

Cancellation with Refund

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled trip to be eligible for a full refund.

  • Any cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled trip is non-refundable, and the full fare will be charged.

Changes to Reservation & Fare Adjustments

  • Any change to your trip—including, but not limited to, changes in pickup location, drop-off location, number of stops, or route—may result in a fare adjustment.

  • These changes must be communicated and confirmed in writing prior to the trip. If not previously stated in your original reservation, a new rate will apply based on the updated itinerary.

  • By using our service, the client agrees to pay any additional fees or charges associated with such changes.

Client Agreement to Charges

  • By booking with Cesar Limo Service, the client waives all rights to dispute charges for agreed-upon services, including:

    • Wait time

    • Tolls and external charges

    • No-shows

    • Surcharges (including peak-time or special request charges)

    • Cancellation fees (as noted above)

    • Vehicle cleaning or damage fees

  • Any unpaid balances or refusal to pay applicable charges will result in the account being referred to credit and collections services for full recovery. A claim may also be filed to recover all outstanding amounts.

  • Refund rules summary

    • Refund accepted within 24 of service

    • Customer responsible to cancel 24 hour price to service or pay

    • 20% cancellation fee

    • No refund on special deal

Use of Platform as Agreement

  • By using our website, booking platform, or any communication channel to reserve a ride, you acknowledge and accept all terms outlined in this Cancellation & Refund Policy.

  • Clients fully waive the right to dispute applicable service fees and agree to honor all financial obligations resulting from their use of our services.
